Outlet Valves with Spray Nozzle AXDV-A-SPK

With the ABNOX Outlet Valve and integrated SPK Spray Head, low to high viscosity lubricants can be sprayed in a precise, controlled and variable manner.

Depending on the actuation time, the Outlet Valve is suitable for surface wetting or higher application volumes such as beads or lines.

The opening cross-section of this Outlet Valve with integrated SPK Spray Head is fixed. The speed of the lubricant can optionally be regulated by the pump pressure or by a Throttle Valve.

For Outlet Valves with Spray Head and Mounting Block, a Pneumatic 5/2-way Valve and a separate Switchable 3/2-way Valve for the spray air must be provided for external control.

For Outlet Valves with Spray Head and Handle (models PN/HG/), the pneumatic part of the Dosing Valve is controlled via a Pneumatic 5/2-way Valve built into the Handle. In addition, a separate Pneumatic Switchable 3/2-way Valve for the spray air must be provided for external control. The grease dosing is started by actuating the trigger, while the spraying process takes place at the same time.

ABNOX Spray Valves of the series with Handle (models PN/HG) are suitable for all and especially for vertically accessible lubrication points. The ergonomic Handle with metering trigger makes it easy and convenient to work at the assembly point. For optimum working conditions, these Spray Valves can be suspended directly above the assembly point using a balancer.

Accessories such as Magnetic Field Sensors (item no. 0001220) for the Dispensing Needle query ensure more effective and safer production processes. ABNOX recommends double sensing of the Dispensing Needle for high process reliability.
