One-hand Pumps with pressure gauges enable precise tension control

High-pressure single-hand press with pressure gauge for the hydraulic clamping of tools and cutter heads.

Modern clamping systems are increasingly equipped with hydraulic components. Cutter heads and machining tools are clamped hydraulically. A pressure chamber integrated into the tool is pressurized using grease or oil, so that the tool is pressed onto the machine’s shaft, for example.

This type of clamping makes it possible to transmit high torques and achieve precise, concentric clamping.

Important Notes:

Temperature has a significant impact on the pressure applied to the clamping tool and on the selection of the high-pressure one-handed pump. When the temperature drops, the pressure also decreases, and vice versa. Particularly during extreme temperature fluctuations of more than 30°C, it may be necessary to re-pressurize the clamping tool. Regular inspections must be carried out.

For the 400/500 cm³ ABNOX cylinders (lubricant containers), only 400 g cartridges according to the DIN 1284 standard can be used.
