The ABNOX MDR-LW04 Material Pressure Regulator reduces pressure and minimizes pulsation caused by piston pumps during material supply.
The working pressure is steplessly adjustable (5-50 bar) and can be locked in place. For optimal performance, the ratio between inlet and outlet pressure should be less than 5:1.
Suitable for self-lubricating media such as grease and oil, the regulator is available with an outlet pressure gauge (1M) or with both inlet and outlet pressure gauges (2M).
ABNOX also offers a version equipped with an inlet pressure gauge (1M) and an electronic outlet pressure switch with a digital display (1DS).
Optional mounting sets are available for direct installation onto ABNOX pumps (Z-adapter) or for front-side installation on custom systems (mounting plate):
