Pneumatic Filler with 5:1 Pressure Ratio
The filler, equipped with a pneumatic grease pump and a pressure ratio of 5:1, is ideal for the cost-effective and clean refilling of lever grease guns, one-hand grease pumps, and hand push pumps.
This pneumatic filler is particularly advantageous when numerous different manual lubricators need to be filled from large containers. The simple attachment of the lubricators – suitable for both cylindrical and conical filler nipples – allows for rapid refilling. Direct filling prevents air pockets and protects the lubricant from contamination.
ABNOX Recommendations
Do not use high-pressure lubrication systems to fill manual lubricators. The lubricant pressure could destroy the lubricators. In cases of high moisture in the pneumatic network, we recommend installing a maintenance unit with a regulator and filter (without oiler) upstream. Never place the pumping system, especially the suction pipe, on the floor and protect it from contamination.
