The fixture integrates easily into existing workstations or assembly lines.
Once the media and compressed air lines are connected and the dosing quantity is set, the system is ready for operation. The dosing process is triggered automatically by pressing the component down onto the nozzle. The preset quantity is applied to the part—ensuring the exact same volume with every cycle!
The suck-back effect upon valve closure prevents media dripping after the dosing operation. The fixture is available with up to four individually controlled metering valves, allowing for efficient lubricant application on up to four different components without the need for nozzle changes.
