ABNOX Series A outlet valves enable precise time-dependent dosing of low to high-viscosity lubricants. The suck-back effect during closing prevents dripping.
Depending on the duration of actuation, these valves can be used for dot greasing or for higher application volumes such as beads or lines, as well as filling processes.
The opening cross-section of this ABNOX outlet valve is fixed. The dosing speed can be regulated by the applied medium pressure or via an additional throttle valve. For uniform dosing results, we recommend installing a material pressure regulator upstream.
For outlet valves with a mounting block, an external 5/2-way valve is required, whereas outlet valves with a handgrip feature a built-in 5/2-way valve.
As an accessory, magnetic field sensors (Article-No. 0001220) are available for piston detection to ensure higher process reliability during the dosing process. ABNOX recommends the use of two sensors!
