The ABNOX Metering pulse valve in the P1 series with a compact design is an extremely fast-switching pneumatically controlled high-performance valve for the contactless dosing of medium to high-viscosity and abrasive lubricants.
The pulse valve is electrically triggered via an integrated 4/2 directional control valve.
The short distances in the entire air supply system and the fast responding magnetic valve allow up to 100 cycles of operation per second.
The alternating supply of air to the working piston opens and closes the nozzle needle. When the control air supply is shut off or fails, a spring closes the nozzle needle.
