The ABNOX Series A Outlet Valves enable precise time-dependent metering of low to high viscosity lubricants. The retraction effect when closing prevents dripping.
Depending on the duration of actuation, these Valves can be used for spot lubrication or for higher application volumes such as beads or lines as well as filling processes.
The opening cross-section of this ABNOX Outlet Valve is fixed. The dosing speed can be regulated by the prevailing medium pressure or by an additional throttle Valve. For uniform dosing results, we recommend installing a Material Pressure Regulator upstream.
Outlet Valves with a Mounting Block require an external 5/2-way Valve, while Outlet Valves with a Handle have a built-in 5/2-way Valve. Magnetic Field Sensors (item no. 0001220) for piston monitoring are available as accessories for increased process reliability during the dosing process. ABNOX recommends the use of two Sensors!
