Volumetric Spray Valves AXDV-C-SPK

The AXDV-C-SPK spray valve from ABNOX offers maximum process reliability and enables lubricants to be applied evenly and cleanly.

With this spray valve, there is neither pre- nor post-dripping. The retraction effect at the end of the spraying process allows the medium to tear off cleanly. This enables clean working and minimizes downtimes and cleaning times around the assembly system/line.

The retrofittable dosing piston sensor increases safety during the spray dosing process. The sensors (item no. 0001220) are available as accessories and can be retrofitted at any time.

For spray valves with mounting block, an external pneumatic 5/2-way valve must be provided to control the dosing valve and a separate control unit with pressure regulator must be provided for the spray air. In the case of spray valves with a handle, the metering valve is controlled via a 5/2-way valve built into the handle. Grease metering is started by actuating the trigger, while the spraying process takes place at the same time.
