Manually filling grease guns from open containers often leads to air pockets in the pump chamber and contamination of the lubricant by dust or debris. ABNOX fillers professionalize this process. By using a follower plate, the grease in the container is pressed down evenly. This not only prevents the formation of air pockets but also ensures that the container walls are wiped clean – reducing lubricant loss (residual amount in the bucket) to a minimum. The connection between the filler and the grease gun is made via a standardized filling valve, making the process drip-free and secure.
