Process Reliability for Lubricant Application

With volumetric metering valves , you apply the exactly defined dosage quantity of your lubricant precisely onto your components. The optionally available sensors (Article-No. 0001220) for monitoring the dosing piston make the dosing process even more reliable. We recommend two sensors per metering valve (loading and dosing position). These can be retrofitted at any time.

An external pneumatic 5/2-way valve is required to control metering valves with a mounting block. Control is further simplified using our optional electro-pneumatic solenoid valves (retrofit option Part No. 0011716), which are mounted directly on the air cylinder. This eliminates the need for complex tubing. In the case of metering valves with a handgrip (models PN/HG/SV), the control mechanism is already integrated into the handle. Actuating the trigger executes the dosing process. These metering valves can be suspended directly above the workstation using a balancer.

For increased safety with volumetric metering valves, ABNOX recommends the monitoring unit with LED display (Part No.: 001254X, refer to accessories and video: LED Box). This unit ensures high process reliability during dosing at manual workstations.
